In Hawaii time, February 26th 2012, Jonathan Pang and I made our departure to Korea 11:15AM (6:15AM KRN Time). The plane ride, however, was Horrendous! Despite the estimated 10 hours and 45 minutes of our ride, due to a plane delay and turbulence, we were able to make it out of the plane only after 12 hours 11 hours and 30 minutes (Arrival time 6:05PM Korean Time). And let's not even bring up this old foreigner who sat on the outer side of the aisle, trapping Jon and myself in. It's pretty bad to say I had to hold from taking piss moving around because he was sleeping almost the entire time O.O
Our lunch offered at the plane was better than expected. The meal, Bibimbap (Mix of various fresh vegetables, beef, red gochujang sauce and rice) came with Dwenjang Jjige (fermented bean soup), Oiji (pickles), and fruits. And let's not leave behind a complimentary wine :) Oh how much I love to drink! haha.
After few hours of lunch, we were given our last dinner. The portion, in comparison to our lunch, was relatively small. Not to mention the taste was lot worse than the lunch as well. But it'll do. As long as it eases my hunger! But beware, the real evil brownie doesn't taste like how I recall brownie to be.
So we finally reached our destination and this was our view over the window. We were surprised with the frozen body of water o.O!! GAWD!!! it must be freezing!.. and then right before we got off of the plane, we saw this beautiful sunset. :) we got to see our very first sunset on the day of arrival. And Finally, the plane we came with.

After the plane ride was over, we weren't done. We had to ride down in a limousine to Ansan where my aunty and my cute cousin JiWoo greeted us. I'll post a picture and a post about them soon. And Finally, the warm, home cooked food was waiting for us at home :). The first day/night in Korea. NOT TOO SHABBY!
